Why the institution is designed to outlast its founder.
Institutions that depend on a single person are fragile by construction. Xion is being built the other way: values written down, standards documented, decisions attributable, and authority distributed as the group grows.
The founder's conviction shaped this institution. The institution is being built so that conviction does not have to be re-established by each generation of leaders.
Every institution should remember the people it was created to serve. Leadership exists to make sure that memory is never optional.
