RARL provides behavioral health, mental healthcare, addiction treatment, family support, and institutional care delivery — held to the same standard as any part of Xion.
Some people arrive carrying addiction. Some carry trauma, grief, or burdens no one has taken the time to understand. Warmth alone cannot hold that weight, and structure alone cannot heal it. RARL is built so that both are present at once.
